In-form Brisbane forward Henrique isn't bothered by his reputation as an A-League bench weapon but is relishing the chance to prove he's far more than that over the next month.
The Brazilian-Australian livewire is set to earn an upgrade to the Roar's starting line-up throughout January in the absence of Olyroos duo Jamie Maclaren and Brandon Borrello.
But Henrique, who is off contract at the end of the season, says he's in no rush to shed his 'super-sub' tag even though he believes he deserves to be a permanent first XI player.
"It doesn't bother me. I just love to play football," he said. "Of course, I'd prefer to start but, if not, I do my best."
