Brisbane's interim chief executive David Pourre has been appointment to the role permanently.
Pourre has been with the Roar for nearly two years, initially as commercial director before moving into the interim CEO position during an overhaul of the club's administration early in their troubled off-season.
He replaced managing director Sean Dobson, who quit the club in May.
Representatives for Brisbane's owner Nirwan Bakrie, Rahim Soekasah and Demis Djamaoeddin, said Pourre was the right man for the job because he had worked hard over the last five months and "did not sugar-coat" Brisbane's beleaguered financial situation.
Soekasah and Djamaoeddin will permanently relocate to Brisbane to work with the rebuilt franchise on behalf of the Bakrie Group.
